Academic Leadership

Marietta Diaz, MaEd

Marietta Diaz, co-founder of St. Therese School of Marilao alongside her sister, has been a guiding force in the school’s growth for over 32 years. A graduate in Commerce (Banking and Finance) from PUP, with education units from Bulacan State University and a Master’s in Education from Our Lady of Fatima University, she has taught from elementary to high school. Her expertise, dedication, and vision make her the ultimate pillar of the school.

A true-blooded Theresian, Marian Pia Diaz is a proud product of St. Therese School of Marilao, having studied from Pre-Elementary to High School. She graduated from the University of the Philippines as a consistent scholar in Physical Therapy and earned her Master’s in Educational Management from UP, graduating in the top 7% of her batch with summa cum laude honors. Before joining the school administration, she was the youngest Chief of Staff of a PT review center and served as a visiting professor at UP, bringing exceptional leadership and academic excellence to STSM.

Ian vincent diaz, mtm

A proud product of St. Therese School of Marilao from Pre-Elementary to High School, Ian Diaz graduated in Behavioral Sciences from the University of the Philippines as a consistent scholar and earned his Master’s in Technology Management, also from UP. He previously served as Subject IT Expert at Shell Corporation and most recently as Senior IT Manager at Procter & Gamble. With over 10 years as part of the St. Therese teaching force, Ian brings a unique blend of professional expertise, innovation, and critical thinking to support the school’s academic and technological initiatives.
