Payment Schedule
Installment due dates by payment plan, SY 2026–2027.

Section 02
Promissory Note Policy
Guidelines for requesting deferred tuition payment ahead of exams.

Approval Authority
- Every promissory note requires approval of the Board.

Submission Timeline
- Must be submitted at least 1 day before the first day of exams.
- No promissory note will be accepted on the exam day itself — the student's exam will be rescheduled instead.
- Before the exam, the student must have either an approved PN or full payment. No exam admission without one of the two.

Payment Settlement
- Full settlement is due within a maximum of 2 weeks after the exam date.
- Failure to settle within this period will be reflected on the student's record and will affect approval of future PN requests.

Partial Payments
- Partial payment is accepted before the exam.
- The remaining balance must be covered by a submitted promissory note.

Frequency Limit & Restructuring
- Maximum of 3 promissory notes per tsm-fp-school year, per student.
- Upon reaching this limit, a face-to-face meeting with the Principal and Cashier must be scheduled to discuss payment restructuring before any further PN will be considered.
